The
name World Trade Center (WTC) is given to justify its goal and the mission of
WTCA behind setting up these massive structures all over the world. The World
Trade Center’s Association was founded in the year 1970 after the first World
Trade Center was constructed in the New York City. The main goal of this Association was to
encourage trade on a global scale and help small and medium companies of
different countries conduct business globally. With this novel mission, WTC
today stands in more than 330 cities in over 100 countries including USA, France,
Brazil, Belgium, China, and India to mention just a few.
World Trade Center in Gurgaon
In the Gurgaon
district of Haryana, WTCA decided to open North India’s first World Trade
Center. AN Buildwell
the makers of WTC is a proud receiver of "World's best office
development" by IPA in association with CNBC in 2009 – and the landmark building
defines the Manesar skyline today. The site has 5 blocks with many flexible offices,
parking zones, lift, power back-up, security system and most importantly
environment-friendly working atmosphere. The entire construction area of WTC in
Manesar, Gurgaon is 1.6 million square feet area with beautiful landscapes all
around.
North India’s First Eco-city
AN Buildwell in Gurgaon designed and
constructed the WTC keeping in mind the need for a green complex in India. That
is why; people will find all the office spaces having arrangements for
receiving maximum daylight. There is also advanced facilities to breathe fresh
air along with natural heating and cooling systems in place to enhance employee
comfort and productivity. This complex is Platinum and Gold rated by LEED, an
international system that recognizes commercial buildings that are developed
and operating following 5 key standards – worker health, reduced use of water,
energy efficacy, improved indoor ecological quality, and selection of quality
materials.
Thus,
the WTC is an ideal complex for IT, ITes, service, retail, and such other
companies trying to build a global connection with Fortune 500 companies and
