Manesar
– The New Gurgaon
About two decades back, Gurgaon was the
emerging corporate suburb of Delhi. But now Gurgaon needs no introduction and
is a proud part of the National Capital Region (NCR). However an erstwhile
sleepy village called Manesar which is adjacent to Gurgaon is fast becoming the
next corporate hub. Today it is considered one of the fastest growing townships
in India. Many do not hesitate to call Manesar the New Gurgaon. Its close
proximity to the national capital Delhi is one of the main reasons why
corporate giants do not mind opening their office here. Many builders are also
looking towards Manesar as it is listed as one of the top investment locations
in India.

There are
many World Trade Centres’ around the world and each one of them commands huge
respect. Members of the World Trade Centers’ Association (WTCA) easily get
recognition and respect. Though there have been quite a few WTCs in India, it
is surprising to note that the NCR didn’t see a single WTC all these years. It
