AN Buildwell: Taking the real estate industry by storm

AN Buildwell tastes Grand Success with WTC

AN Buildwell Private Limited is a Delhi-based real estate developer that has, within a short span of time since its establishment in 2006-07, tasted mainstream success with the most iconic project of North India. The realtor swiftly jumped into the limelight by bagging the World Trade Center Manesar construction project. In February 2008, the AN Buildwell WTC Gurgaon, a 1.6 million sq ft ground-breaking IT/ITeS commercial complex was launched. By 2009, it would go on to win the World’s Best Office Development award from IPA in association with CNBC. It also received LEED platinum and gold ratings for its green complex concept, something that would enable the complex to have 28-day water backup and save power up to 50%.

Highlight of the complex

AN Buildwell’s project was meant to be a complex for multiple commercial use, with six different blocks reserved for different business groups. The entire complex would house premium offices, service apartments, meeting pods, drop-off zones, restaurants, food court, club, business suites and shopping mall among others. But the highlight of this green complex most definitely is the AN Buildwell Manesar Signature Tower, a 300 feet high pre-certified deep green building. This awe-inspiring building will have a 200-seater auditorium, sky courts and a cafĂ©.

The project that draws interest of the World
AN Buildwell Spire Edge in Manesar, the site of the World Trade Center, has already drawn the attention of both national and international brands. The incomparable design of the complex, which boasts of an innovative concept that allows natural daylight into 98% of the occupied space, is a clincher for investments. Located in sector 8 of IMT Manesar, the complex offers a strategic advantage to investors with seamless connectivity to major cities in the neighbourhood. Going by the rave that it has received, it’s an ideal investment opportunity for local businesses to reach out to the world and expand.
